Reformer teachers face unique challenges including how to manage client expectations and results against the dizzying array of movement the apparatus affords, the complexity of increasing/decreasing load that is relative to body weight and perpendicular to gravity not to mention the pressure we all feel to include the sweeeet flows and variations we see on the 'gram in a way that doesn't alienate clients or dilute the personal brand/style we have forged for ourselves.
These workshops introduce an elegant and time-tested framework for Reformer teaching that caters to all clients, giving you more time to focus on skills and outcomes, making you more confident and relaxed as a teacher.
